CAM CHARLTON

Cam is a senior business advisor and broker with more than 30 years as a chartered accountant, accredited management consultant and business sales agent. The emphasis of Cam’s work is towards sustainable business and regional growth and improvement, strategic and business planning, market evaluation and planning, opportunity evaluation, financial analysis, business valuations, and business sales and acquisitions. Cam has extensive experience in corporate governance and has served and continues to serve in multiple significant Chairman and Director appointments.

Cam has specialist skills in tourism destination and tourism business development and a comprehensive knowledge of regional economic development strategy. Cam’s work has entailed extensive Australian and international experience.

JIM BITOMSKY

Jim is a business and industry development specialist.  He has an emphasis on matching market research and trends with products and services to build competitive structures.  The quality of ‘soft infrastructure’ is high in his list of priorities.  These include leadership, decision making, communication systems, information flows, institutional structures and skill sets.  Apart from corporate development, he was a pioneer in regional economic development and industry cluster formation.  He has 30 years of senior industry experience across tourism, agriculture, manufacturing and engineering industries in Australia and Melanesia, from grass roots to national levels.

RHIANNON SIMCOCKS

Rhiannon joined Kleinhardt at the beginning of 2015 coming with previous experience in small business management, marketing and the legal industry. She contributes across all aspects of the firm’s projects from business planning for start-ups to advanced financial modelling, market research and analysis for feasibility studies and economic development projects. Her focus is creating solutions that consider business, industry and economic development as an opportunity to leverage enhanced social and environment outcomes. Rhiannon is involved on a number of Boards and Committees across the community including a role as the current Chair of the Cairns Young Chamber of Commerce. In 2017 she completed the AICD’s company directors’ course and in 2018 she won the Cairns Business Excellence Awards, Emerging Leadership Excellence Award.
